Enhancing the legal awareness and democracy Regulation |
During 14 to 18
September, 2005, LERES is organising a
training course on legal knowledge for village leaders, union cadres and
local people in Huong Son commune, Lang Giang,
Bac
Giang
Province
. About 60 people will participate in this course. LERES applies the
advanced method in teaching that put the trainees in the centre and the
curriculum, which consist of both basic legal knowledge and practical
cases. Content of the course covers deeply the legal topic and livelihoods
such as: implementing the grassroots democracy at the communes and
villages levels, Ordinance on Population, Civil Code, Penal Code, Gender
Equality, Law on Care and Education for Children, Law on Land (the rights
and duties of land user, land disputes) and the State policies toward the
ethnic minorities.
